It has been very refreshing.</p><p>My term on the council ends this year, and I would like to take this opportunity to nominate <b>Emmanuel Vitus </b>for the GNSO Council position. Currently, Emmanuel is the NPOC Policy Chair.</p><p>I have followed Emmanuel’s growth within ICANN for some time. years now, and I see him as effective in policy work. His contributions to the lDNs EPDP for the NCSG and his numerous public comments highlight his dedication and expertise. His participation in the ICANN Leadership Program has also given him a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of ICANN.</p><p>His leadership as Policy Chair for NPOC and active involvement within the IGF and a number of Internet Governance Schools as faculty member further showcase his capabilities.
