I would like to nominate Johan "Julf" Helsingius for the GNSO council.<br>

Julf has server in the council as the nominating committee appointee<br>
earlier as well as the GNSO liaison to the GAC, so he's certainly<br>
experienced enough, no to mention his experience i RIPE and elsewhere.<br>
There's no question in my mind that he'd be an exceptionally good<br>
representative for NCSG in the council.<br>
