ALAC, GAC, SSAC</b>, and the DNS Abuse Institute were sent out  as agreed by the DNS small team, it was also agreed that if any of the small team members want to perform additional outreach should feel free to do so 

(presumably informing each other of that outreach, to avoid overlap!).
