   let me give you another report where we are with NomCom 2021.

   In May/June 2021 we did have a lot of deep dive interviews with selected candidates. In a series of eight four hours Online Sessions reported back from the interviews and produced short lists for each of the positions we have to fill. The final short lists included 9 candidates for the Board (three positions), four candidates for the GNSO Council (two positions), five candidates for ALAC (three positions) an two candidates for the CNSO Council (one position).

   We invited to candidates for the SO/ACs to present a short video message and explain why they have applied. For the nine board candidates we organized Online Interviews.

   Since Monday, we are sitting now in a virtual conference room distributed around the world in different time zones, doing the interviews and prepare for the final selection meeting. It is eight hours every day.

   So far it worked very well. Ole is good chair and we are making progress. The biggest problem for us: We have too many excellent candidates. With other words: The final selection will become very difficult.

   After our final decision there will be a due diligence process.  The public announcement of the final result will be in August.
