cross community working party
on human rights has been working on the Human Rights Impact
Assessment framework

ICANN has
accepted Human Rights as a core value, we do need to actually
have tools to
implement this core value.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>The
HRIA is an
accepted tool to interpret impacts on Human Rights, but it is
not well
understood across the community.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">

plenary session to discuss how these tools are used, and the
work of the
committee, would be useful to engage the community in this core
value and the
