Some of us can handle ruthlessness because of our experience and some just react to it, no matter how individuals handle it, the cause should remain the main problem because some comments can really provoke emotional responses, this must be highly guarded.</div><div><br></div><div>I really hope this kind of issues are dealt with effectively and fairly looking at both sides of aggrieved parties not just one side.</div><div><br></div><div>Not sure if an intervention, training, webinar or meeting to address issues surrounding "Unacceptable behaviors from community members" would benefit the health of the community but something to consider moving forward.
