The basic idea is to not start any new work before ongoing work finishes. There are also some steps to be taken by council and/or staff before initiating a PDP or another activity. We need to share feedback if we are agreeing to the recommendations from the scoping team which basically recommends to have an issue report and initiate based on that PDP(s). There is also a recommendation about the PDP working group composition.<br class=""/></li><li class="">The council has to decide on the next steps about the impact of EPDP phase 1 recommendations on existing policies and procedures as requested by recommendation #27.
