did not look solely at Mr. Aggarwal's posts. You will note that
Mr . Mueller did not continue the discussion, once the rhetoric
became outside acceptable standards of behaviour.</p>
<p>We need, as an SG, to deal with our mailing list ourselves to the
extent possible. The authorities are in the charter, supplemented
by further action taken in the GNSO Council. <br>
