I really appreciate you nominating me, and  the expressions of support<br>
from Arsène, Stephanie and Robin. I had mentally adjusted to winding<br>
down my ICANN activities after 5 years (at this round of my ICANN<br>
engagement, my first round back in the Esther Dyson days doesn't count),<br>
but the expressions of support has made me spend some time thinking<br>
about whether I can still help furthering the causes NCSG is defending.<br>
As I think there is still some things I can do, I hereby gratefully<br>
accept the nomination.<br>

I will post a candidate statement tomorrow (Thursday). Unfortunately I<br>
won't be able to attend the meet the candidates call due to prior<br>
engagements - please accept my apologies.<br>
