related to those elections. For further details about how our

We need to elect four councilors, and the NCSG Chair. I have
listed all of our current councilors, for your convenience, so you
can see the regional distribution. As you know, we strive for
gender balance and regional distribution, with no more than two
candidates from a region as far as possible.
– EU (AGM 2021) Eligible for re-election. This 2021 date listed
here is an error, as an appointee of the NCSG, James can only
sit until the General Annual Meeting, we have to hold an
election for this seat just as we do for Juan's seat. Had Farzi
stayed, the seat would not be up for election.

As you can see, we have roughly three weeks to get ready for the
nomination period, and find suitable candidates interested in
filling these volunteer positions. I would like to encourage you
all to consider applying and am happy to answer any questions from
you concerning the roles and responsibilities.

Kind regards,
