
<html><head></head><body>Hi,<div class=""><br class=""/></div><div class="">Thanks to Rafik for setting up a google doc to draft the NCSG response to the <a href="https://www.icann.org/public-comments/epdp-phase-2-initial-2020-02-07-en" class="">call for public comment on the initial report for the EPDP</a>, but I hope it’s ok that I’ve set up a different version.</div><div class=""><br class=""/></div><div class="">I’ve done this, primarily for two reasons:</div><div class=""><br class=""/></div><div class="">1. To use the template developed by ICANN staff facilitating input to the specific questions the EPDP Team is soliciting</div><div class="">2. To be able to track the suggestions/comments being offered by members of the NCSG.</div><div class=""><br class=""/></div><div class="">The default setting is that anybody can view the draft comment as it is being developed, but only those with permission may make suggestions/comments. So if you’re interested in participating in the drafting of NCSG’s input to the EPDP, please let me know OFFLINE, and also please provide me with an email address associated with your Google account (most commonly a gmail address).</div><div class=""><br class=""/></div><div class="">I’ve already set it up so that the NCSG-appointed members and alternates to the EPDP have suggestion/comment access to the doc. Anybody else willing to participate needs to send me the info I requested.</div><div class=""><br class=""/></div><div class="">The draft comment can be found <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ZIbbK6gYPPqKYvJQ27rBmaQOvrk6Mb5V0-X5QYf8IJk/edit?usp=sharing" class="">here</a>.</div><div class=""><br class=""/></div><div class="">Thanks.</div><div class=""><br class=""/></div><div class="">Amr</div></body></html>
