for an NCUC appointee. We would appreciate early signals from people willing to
help review the draft FY21-25 Operating and Financial Plan and draft FY21
Operating Plan and Budget. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">During the Public
Comment Period there will be three community webinars, as follows. The
information is presented in a different format this year so even if you are
familiar with previous draft Operating and Financial Plans I urge you to participate
in one of the webinars.</span></p>
