Guterres has appointed Ms. Anriette Esterhuysen of the
Republic of South Africa as the new Chair of the
Internet Governance Forum’s Multistakeholder Advisory
Group.</div>

advises the Secretary-General on the programme of
Internet Governance Forum annual meetings. It
