I would like to hear from some of the NCSG members who have completed<br>
the survey. I found it poorly structured. At the trivial level, if<br>
one had reservations about a statement, neither supporting nor<br>
opposing it, the only option was "No Opinion", where one might have a<br>
strong opinion about the mechanism within the statement, but no way,<br>
no text box, to express that opinion.<br>

At a minimum, such survey instruments usually have text boxes for<br>
comments, or at least a final text box so that respondents can have<br>
their say about issues missed, or questions that required comments. I<br>
hope that ICANN can do better next time.<br>
