Dear all allow me to share my opinon in this concern. As the voting problem is still concern. So I see that there will not be any duplication if those person hwo own the two types of membership as organization and as individuals to vote twice as org and as
individuals provided that in case of org if he/she will vote on behalf of org. he /she has to provide an official letter of authorization with nominate the candidate to vote for which this person should committed to vote for person mentioned in the letter.
In case of non commitment the vote consider null. <br>
I see this process do not need immediate change for the charter to be applicable . It could be decision took immidiatly specially we still have time before the the date of voting. as what will be required only the letter from the representatives of organizations.

We have not moved yet to change this duplicate problem or issue, but members may recall we have discussed the matter in the past. We encourage all members to choose whether they are voting as individuals, or whether they are voting in the name of their organization,
because in the view of many of us, it is not appropriate to collect a number of votes. However, until the rules change in our charter, individuals may choose to vote twice, and must have have a separate email for personal and organizational votes.</font></font></p>
