I would like to thank Raoul Plommer for nominating me for another (and<br>

last) term on the GNSO Council, to all those who supported this<br>

nomination and to those who reached out to encourage me to consider<br>

going for that.<br>

But I cannot accept the nomination, I am considering leaving the<br>

Council at the end of this term so that I can focus on other projects<br>

going on in my professional life as well as in the Internet governance<br>

space.<br>

<br>

I would like to thank the NCSG for the trust and support I have<br>

received and for my Council colleagues for their patience with me,<br>

their support and guidance. I have to admit it was not easy but I will<br>

be leaving the Council in November with a lot of experience at all<br>

levels and very good memories that I will cherish forever.<br>

<br>

I will remain active in the NCSG and the ICANN community and I look<br>

forward to serving our stakeholder group in another capacity, in the<br>

future.<br>

<br>

I would like to express my support for my friend Farell Folly who is<br>

running for Council. I strongly believe he will do good as he has<br>

proven to be a hard-working and very committed young man. I remain<br>

available should he need any kind of advice or support during his time<br>

on Council, if elected.<br>
