As you probably know, Heather Forrest (former GNSO Council Chair) was<br>
appointed to represent the GNSO on the Fellowship Selection Committee.<br>

She has initiated the attached document (which has already received<br>
comments from a few Council members) and is seeking more inputs from<br>
the Council (and therefore, to the broader GNSO through its reps on<br>
Council).<br>

I am sharing this document here to seek your inputs on what you think<br>
should be the criteria the GNSO rep will push for in selecting the<br>
next round of fellows (for ICANN66 meeting).<br>

Can you please share either on the list or privately (by April 15 or<br>
so) what you think about what's on the list or if you would like to<br>
add more to the list.<br>
