<p><font size="+1"><font face="Lucida Grande">Folks may remember that I am your representative on the RDS Review Team II. The final report of that team is about to be released, hopefully with my statement attached as an appendix.</font></font></p>
<p><font size="+1"><font face="Lucida Grande">I have expressed my frustration previously about the amount of work that we poured into an exercise that was principally focused on the Review Team 1's report. That report ignored privacy, largely, and focused
on greater accuracy requirements. To continue along this path while simultaneously working at a truly devastating pace on the Expedited Policy Development Process to replace the Temporary Specification, seemed crazy to me. Accordingly, while I did not disrupt
the consensus on the recommendations, I did post the attached statement. <br>
