<div dir="auto" class="">I had not shared this announcement on the list yet because it needed some background information and registration deadline is on 20th December. So plenty of time. With ICANN 63 upon us, it's better for Stephanie when becoming chair
after AGM to select people for this. But note that this program is for current or to be chairs. Members cannot individually apply. So to avoid disappointment, I advise not to apply individually. should current or incoming chairs of a constituency or stakeholder
group not be able to attend they will announce on the list to find a replacement. That replacement has to have travel support already the program does not provide that. </div>
