One of the pool of candidates, who is NCUC and NPOC member and had<br>
recommendation of NPOC Chair, I've allocated to the 31 Aug deadline<br>
NCUC CROP. So we'll work on a CROP Outreach together and hopefully get<br>
it spproved<br>

This was a very difficult decision, there were many good candidates<br>
which I'm sure will have opportunities in a near future. The whole<br>
process was very delayed and I'm sorry for that but hopefully now we<br>
