<p>Yes, I know, and I agree with you, but DNS policy is a part of
the Internet, and it is very sensitive part, and there is always a
big risk of penetration for destroy of DNS. <br>

<p>This is problem, and in my previous email I was only offering to
attention on this problem. You know that it is a new challenge and
a new reality, and ICANN should be ready for this. <br>

globally is a best way to development a working

<p class="">- As I see approach of ICANN for Security of
Internet/Cyber Security is more globally, than on the
National level. But Globally of Security of
Internet/Cyber Security is depend on the National, and
sometimes on the Regional Level. It would be good if
ICANN would also pay attention to the national level
of problems of Security of Internet with compliance to
International standards. Strategy and Policy of the
Security of Internet on the National level is an
important;</p>
<p class="">- I think that within ICANN will be possible
create an information center where will exchange
experience and information on Internet security
(attacks, malware, strategy, policy, process of
development, and etc.). Representatives of different
countries will be involved in the activities of the
Center, which will also be able to issue
recommendations.</p>
