I also believe ICANN Org needs to be present all over the world to<br>
ensure everyone is aware of its work within the Internet ecosystem.<br>
Hence the need to bring in fellows who might also help it meet that<br>
objective. These people might not be interested at the end in doing<br>
policy but they might be interested in being involved for example into<br>
the DNS business or into advocacy to help their countries better<br>
