and say that nomination of Rafik is the case
where just the name speaks for itself.</div>
<div>Any of our members who ever attended NCSG
policy call, GNSO meeting or at least are
reading the mailing list know how much work
Rafik is tirelessly doing for NCSG - as a
vice-chair of GNSO, as a chair of NCSG policy
committee, as NCSG member. </div>
<div>If I list all the work he has done for us,
it will take me days to write this email! </div>

advice and coordination I got being on the

Over the past two years Rafik has
represented us professionally and
intelligently on the Council, taking
principled and consistent stances in support
of Internet freedoms and human rights that
have allowed the NCSG to raise its profile
and to successfully take a noncommercial
outlook on important policy matters within
the GNSO. He is currently the Vice-Chair of
the Council; in serving in this leadership
position he has been able to amplify our
voice throughout the community, and should
he serve a second term, it is my hope that
he will be able to continue representing us
