raise funds as stipulated on the NCSG charter (point #2.6) and besides, nothing should stop the FC to have oversight on NCSG finances. irrespective of where they are banked and according to the NCSG chair, this should start happening in 2019. How can there
be any accountability if there is no closure on NCSG financial activities,<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><u class="">the FC is expected to account,audit and report on all and any NCSG finances annually</u>, irrespective of where they come from
or where they are kept.</div>
