<div>I just wanted to note, I don't think we can get this approved before the Panama meeting - that is slightly too ambitious a deadline. I don't want to over-engineer everything but I would like us to have a better, more comprehensive privacy policy than ICANN
org has, and this will take us some time to develop. We would also need to reflect a bit on all of the external tools we use (Slack, Google Docs, Trello all come to mind) and what personal data we do collect, who has access to it, and how long it is all retained.
I've not even seen a screenshot of our membership management system, so it is hard to know what is contained in there.<br>
