 by NCSG to fulfill any reporting requirements for the funder.  I believe this is a fair, equitable and respectful way to move forward that shows good faith, building capacity for the NCSG community, while honouring PIR's 'block funding' intent. </span><span lang="EN-US"><u></u><u></u></span></p>

  have opened the allocation of funds to all NCSG members so every ncsg member can apply. After this year when NCSG has a bank account and a functional finance committee we will be making decisions at NCSG level. <u></u><u></u></span></p>

The Public Interest Registry, the primary donor of NCUC has informed<br>
us that it prefers to fund NCSG as a whole so that all NCSG members<br>
and its constituencies can benefit from the funding. However, since<br>
NCSG at the moment does not have the appropriate channels to allocate<br>
the money nor receive it, the NCUC will receive the funding for this<br>
year and open the future calls for application for travel support to<br>
all NCSG members and its constituencies.<br>
<br>
Please note that the decision processes regarding the allocation of<br>
travel support or any other allocation of funding will be carried out<br>
through NCUC Executive Committee based on the NCUC Operating<br>
Procedures.<br>
