Brian Cute has stepped down as the CEO. Did an excellent job. change of CEO does not change the mission of PIR. They will continue operating as usual. Board has appointed the new interim CEO Jay Daley, experienced in the market, part of SSAC. To be clear Jay has announced from the beginning that he has no intention to become the CEO. He will be only for 6 months and PIR is now looking for a suitable candidate. Note that we need to take action soon on appointing a representative from NCSG to the advisory council, we will discuss the process with NCSG PC.
