Board has appointed the new interim CEO Jay Daley, experienced in the market, part of SSAC. To be clear Jay has announced from the beginning that he has no intention to become the CEO. He will be only for 6 months and PIR is now looking for a suitable candidate. Roberto and Jay will be in Panama City, you can approach them and ask questions about the position. </font></div><div class="gmail_default"><font face="verdana, sans-serif"><br></font></div><div class="gmail_default"><font face="verdana, sans-serif">3. The board had a meeting last week in Mumbai. The notes will be sent out soon to the advisory council.</font></div><div class="gmail_default"><font face="verdana, sans-serif"><br></font></div><div class="gmail_default">4."PIR<span style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"> is recruiting a new CEO and will use a global search firm. Note that we need to take action soon on appointing a representative from NCSG to the advisory council, we will discuss the process with NCSG PC. Board wants to better communicate with AC and seeks advice on better modes of communications.
