ICANN has signed on to the Goldilocks principle with these three
options. Model 1 (Thick Data) is Too Hot. Model 3 (get a subpoena)
is Too Cold. <br>
Up the middle- Model 2 is Just Right (or at least not too hot or too
cold) and comes with limited little bowl (EU jurisdiction) and
inclusive big bowl (global jurisdiction) options. <br>
However, this still leaves open the issue of what ingredients the
data controller can actually put into the "Just Right" bowl. <br>
