ICANN 61. I think direct communication would be better and
ncsg open meeting in PR might have better remote participation
and more members would join. </div>

Personally, I am not worried at all about Veni Markovski
being the rep<br>
here, he has been around a long time and has a great
reputation. He was<br>
originally on CPSR. I also think it is important that ICANN
have<br>
representation here, to defend against any bright ideas
folks may come<br>
up with to make ICANN the "one-stop-shopping" centre
approach that some<br>
parties have wanted/expected it to take. I do think we
should invite<br>
Mr. Markovski to brief us in the future on what is going on
with this group.<br>
