backgrounds and occupations typically they are devoted to the promotion and good of the Internet as an entity. It is the organizational entity’s purpose and mission that matters here.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

on our minds. We wrote parts of the bylaws that included a trigger that would go off if there was an organized effort by an organization like ISOC to “take over” or dominate the constituency, but these threats have never materialized. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
