<div>I shared this more to raise awareness of the fact that ICANN is institutionalising a culture of capacity building programme musical chairs, shuffling the same people from new programme to new programme, and I think that is not necessarily the best approach. </div>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">As an LTP graduate I can speak to this a little more, this is a trial run and the plan would be potentially to open this up further as indeed happened with the LTP itself feeding into Chair skills
program and others. So think of this as the trial and with future possibilities to come.<o:p></o:p></span>

so please everyone ONLY apply if you are a graduate and received the invitation via the LTP graduate mailing list, no other members are currently eligible for this program, so lets not waste staffs time with additional applications.<o:p></o:p></span>
