Following the confusion about None of the Above option in the ballot,<br>
the matter was discussed at some length in the election-reform list<br>
and even legal advice sought, and consequently NCSG EC agreed that<br>
there shall be no explicit NotA choice in the ballot, but abstaining,<br>
that is voting for fewer candidates than there're available slots,<br>
will not invalidate the ballot.<br>

That is, the ballot will look somewhat like this:<br>
