          involved in outreach and next gen activities, Ayden has worked
          extremely hard in his time at ICANN.  He has done a great deal
          of research on the RDS issues, and follows the meetings with
          regular and very helpful interventions.  He clearly has a very
          strong work ethic and the policy capacity to understand our
          complex little world at ICANN.  It would be great to have him

I am not sure whether this nomination will be accepted, but based entirely on PERFORMANCE, I would like to nominate Ayden Ferdeline for the GNSO Council.
The most important quality to bring to the Council is an understanding of the DNS policy issues and ICANN procedures required to get things done. 
Believe me, there are very few people who are actively tracking these policy issues and able to liaise with the entire SG to move comments and position development forward. 
So I think Ayden would be a great Council representative for the NCSG and I hope he accepts.
