RDS discussion a while ago, and got pretty well
attacked....but I stick to my guns. If a person or group is a
legitimate contractor working on cybercrime, or a law enforcement
body, they should have some kind of official recognition in
order to get the detailed personal information they want. Why
should a reseller be forced to accept some stranger's word for
