is registered by a legitimate organization named Nantucket Geyser then Nigeria the country or the registrant of COM.NG has absolutely no business pre-empting that domain or even complaining about it. No attempt to confuse or exploit or defraud = no problem.
If anyone goes to the wrong place they will simply learn their error (although I note that there actually is no “ng.com” registered domain) and adjust accordingly. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
