A quick question here: For a "Auction proceeds group" is this just
about the mechanisms for managing the funds, just about the uses
of the funds, or about both?<br>
Also, which ever is the answer to that question, I would suggest
leaving the "conflict of interest" discussion to the very end.<br>
The potentials for conflict of interest will depend on both the
mechanisms chosen for funds management, and approved uses of the
funds. <br>
Discussing that early would involve excess speculation and "what
if" scenarios. <br>
