just Shadow brokers as Vulnerability origin(instead of pointing fingers at NSA & MS), which is exploited now by this Ransomware <br><br>This 
incident clearly demonstrates the after effects of weakening digital 
security practices for Law enforcement agencies.  Any such 
weakening/back doors impacts human rights and digital security in a 
increasingly digitalized world. There is an urgency to have a honest 
global discussions on impacts of security weakening/ backdoors for govts
