Yes, a social media strategy to harvest/identify newcomers barriers<br>

Problem is currently this said strategy is very anarchic.<br>

I have to say, I do prefer it as such. But this is something which<br>
needs to be discussed, perhaps at constituencies.<br>

Given both constituencies in NCSG are involved in working groups<br>
related to privacy, it seems rather contradictory to have a "personal"<br>
face to social media.<br>

Much of the chatter you'll find searching for @NCUC #NCUC @NCSG_ICANN<br>
and @NPOC_ICANN and @ICANN_GNSO<br>

As for the main incoming questions, I'd think chairs and ECs may be<br>
more suitable to ask. I guess members are pretty vocal always on main<br>
lists too so we can dig out from archives.<br>
