<p>There is a GNSO Council vote ending today on the Red Cross names
issue, a long running discussion between the GAC and the GNSO. I
propose to vote in favour of this motion later today, as it
reflects effort to reach compromise, but would welcome any
comments from members prior to about 23:00 UTC.</p>

launched shortly. Considering the friendly amendment made to
