As Amr Elsadr resigned from the council upon joining the staff, the<br>
NCSG Executive Committee needs to appoint a temporary alternate to<br>
replace him.<br>

The appointment is on the agenda of EC meeting on February 24, and we'd<br>
want to have list of names at least two days in advance so we'll have<br>

Please explain why you think you'd be good for the task and confirm<br>
you could commit to the time it takes. Jumping in to the council<br>
mid-term is not easy, so experience is one key criteria for the EC in<br>
considering the appointment.<br>

The term extends until ICANN60 in the fall in Abu Dhabi, although the<br>
appointment can be made for a shorter time if the EC so chooses.<br>
If this makes a difference for you, for example if you'd only be able<br>
to do shorter time, or if you would not be interested in a shorter<br>
appointment, let us know that, too.<br>
