interpreting and enforcing laws and regulations around the
world, such as law enforcement (local and national police
agencies as well as intergovernmental organizations like
Interpol), regulatory agencies, and judicial systems, and not
ICANN.”</div>

<div>This is a paragraph we need to save. The recent appointment
of ICANN VP Dave Piscitello to the board of directors of the
Anti-Phising Working Group (APWG) may be of concern. We need
to monitor to ensure that ICANN remains out of content
regulation, and that cybersecurity concerns do not override
this basic principle.</div>
