United Senate passed a Continuing Resolution funding the
United States government through December 9th. No rider
related to the IANA transition was attached. The
transition will very likely occur, as scheduled, Friday

California to implement the new Bylaws reflecting the
work of the community through the CCWG. They stated that
they wanted the transition to first occur. Fine. It will
occur on schedule. We can not allow any further delay in
the filing and enactment of the new Bylaws.</span><span
