I do note that while I got a few more votes than last year, relatively<br>
the result is slightly worse, so clearly I have not performed as Chair<br>
as well as I could have. Of course I knew that already, I'm not myself<br>
satisfied with what I've been able to do during the past year, but<br>
I'll take the nontrivial number of NOTA votes as an extra incentive to<br>
try to do better in the future.<br>
