Thanks for the link to the EC-NCSG List. I see it is dated
yesterday. <br>
It would have been nice to share it as early as possible with the
rest of NCSG.<br>

Calling the election "symbolic" was an unfortunate choice of
terms.<br>
It may have simply been in light of the fact that there were three
candidates for three positions.<br>
In fact, the election is not symbolic, and I hope that we do not
dwell on that inaccurate choice of words. <br>
<br>
In any case the treatment of NOTA <b>IS</b> the substantive issue
for NCSG here.<br>
