Last sentence is not correct.<br>
Anyone in NCSG or NCUC can use the list to form a group and start working on a statement, a proposed set of procedures, or even a birthday party for one of our members. They do not need approval from PC, EC or Chair. The term "working group" does not appear in the NCSG charter.<br>

Of course, if the NCSG is to implement or formally ratify the ideas or proposals of any working group, it has to be adopted by EC, PC or Chair.<br>
But you don't need anyone's approval to form a working group.<br>
