spirit of following up on the excellent
conversation which we started before the meeting I
have a few followup proposals:</font></font></p>
<p><font size="+1"><font face="Lucida Grande">1. In
future, I think it would be useful if we discussed
the candidates meeting at the policy meeting prior
to the call and ask members for questions. I
think the agenda should go to the candidates
beforehand so they can prepare, and so that
members can think about the questions themselves.</font></font></p>
<p><font size="+1"><font face="Lucida Grande">2. I
raised some difficult issues. I think we should
strike a working group to discuss how to get
beyond some communications breakdowns among
members.</font></font></p>
<p><font size="+1"><font face="Lucida Grande">3. I will
formally propose at the next PC meeting (which is
next week, correct?) that we initiate the one page
reporting from council meetings, and that we have
a volunteer reporter to follow the next GNSO
council meeting. I propose we tag David with
writing the report, he is leaving soon so we
better get some work out of him before he goes.</font></font></p>
