I would like to second the nomination of Joan Kerr. She will be an excellent councillor, with years of experience and work hard.<br>

Her election will allow Carlos to finish his  Nom-Com term, make more progress in the initial draft the CCT-RT plans to have by years end, and ask the Council to consider him for the role of liaison to the GAC.<br>
I think it is important that Carlos is enabled to finish his important ongoing tasks.<br>
