<div>I agree in concept but lets just remember that ICANNs remit does not include increasing access to the internet, infrastructure and building capacity is not within our remote or mission, hence why I agree that we can definitely use this as a medium for
sharing information like this, but I am not so sure about stepping up to the level of NCUC endorsing such an initiative.</div>
