I just got the word that deadline for visas is Friday 12 February -<br>
that is, TOMORROW.<br>

The message is a bit confusing though:<br>

"Our local host just informed us that they will stop taking visa upon<br>
arrival applications tomorrow. Applications submitted AFTER Friday,<br>
12 February 2016, 17:00 UTC, will NOT be reviewed."<br>

I'm not quite sure what that means, but I presume the intent is that<br>
visa-on-arrival needs some kind of preapproval, or maybe the deadline<br>
is for all visas. I assume this does not apply to people from<br>
visa-exempted countries. I'll try to clarify this ASAP.<br>
<br>
But if you do need a visa, you're advised to apply for it tomorrow<br>
(Friday the 12th) if you haven't done so already.<br>
